This equipment will be used for carrying out the residual voltage test and impulse current withstand test of the arrester element.

nResidual voltage (max): 20kV / 20kA @8/20us, 28kV / 100kA@4/10us

nCurrent transformer: 200kA / 500V (250V with terminator) @4/10us 100kA 

    50kA / 500V (250V with terminator) @ 8/20us 20kA

nVoltage divider: Resistive divider 300:1 for residual voltage test,high current withstand test

nMeasuring device: Digital oscilloscope, 500MHz, 4ch (Tektronix)

nPower source: 3 phase 380V/400V (for unit Loads), and 1 phase 230V;  Power frequency is 50Hz/60Hz

nExternal interlock: Dry contact ( test ready is on )

nCircuit change: Connection change of L and C can be easily.

nCompartment: The high voltage power supply portion is at all times isolated test sample portion is surrounded by insulating material.

nControl: Imp circuit charging voltage , Discharge voltage
